Three ways to thoughtfully update an older home without compromising its character:

• Reimagine underused spaces. Transform overlooked areas into purposeful, beautifully designed rooms that complement the way you live.

• Preserve the character.
Honor original architectural details, millwork, and materials while introducing refined, contemporary elements.

• Make storage beautiful. Incorporate custom cabinetry, built-ins, and clever storage solutions that feel as intentional as they are functional.

Because the most timeless interiors balance the beauty of the past with the needs of today. For more interior design tips follow Jill Rae Designs | CT Interior Designer.

Some weekends remind you exactly why you love this team. 🤍

Saturday was one of those as we gathered at The R House in Ridgefield, Connecticut, to celebrate Kim’s wedding—and what an absolutely perfect day it was.

The weather was beautiful, the venue was stunning, the food was delicious, and the dance floor definitely got its workout. 💃 Everything came together exactly as Kim had hoped, and seeing her so incredibly happy was the best part of all.

We were so honored to be part of such a special day and loved having our Jill Rae Designs team together to celebrate Kim and her new husband, Bob. 🥂

Congratulations, Kim & Bob! Here’s to a lifetime filled with as much love, laughter, and happiness as Saturday. 🤍✨
