📚 For the past 8 years, I’ve had the joy of illustrating + designing 36 books in partnership with my former college roommate, professional educator, consultant, and author Lisa Combs. She wrote every single one of these stories, and together we’ve built a world of characters and adventures that we’re so proud to share.

From the first sketch to the finished layout, each book has been a reminder of what friendship and creative collaboration can bring to life. Here are some of my favorites from our journey so far ✨

These are the messy planning sketches for my next children's book illustration project. They don't look like much. At the same time, this step is necessary for me.

Next, I'll start the final illustrations in Adobe Illustrator and place them in the final layout along with the text 😀
