Yoga on the river! I have not taught yoga in awhile, I'm pregnant and been busy working full time as a RN. This new adventure will help me in the future when I teach my next class! We are always learning! Listen to your body. This is Goddess Pose with some Goddess Henna on my pregnant belly!
