What a weekend!✨ First Market! ✨

For my very first market, I baked 30 loaves of bread, two bread flights, a pack of mini loaves, brownies, and a variety of dry mix goodies. It was a marathon in the kitchen, but such a rewarding experience.

A huge thank you to Folk Song Farm for having me and giving me the opportunity to be at Fall Fest!! And thank you to everyone who stopped by Celtic Crumbs today. 💚 I’m so grateful for each person who purchased, supported, tried something new, or just came to chat! It truly made the day special! 🥖

To my returning customers, your familiar faces mean more than I can put into words. And to the new ones, I’m so thankful you gave me the chance to share a little piece of this hobby that I love with you. ✨

🍫🍫 Double Chocolate – rich, fudgy, and perfect for dessert (or breakfast… I won’t tell).

✨️I have been experimenting with flavors lately!!✨️ Parmesan and rosemary, dill pickle, chocolate chip, and strawberry with white chocolate chip!! Some were good and some were not good! Hehe. One was repurposed into croutons. One made excellent grilled cheese sandwiches. And two didn't last more than a day before being gobbled up!!

I may have been quiet on here, but don’t worry—my starter’s still thriving (unlike my posting schedule).
Still baking, still rising, still emotionally attached to a jar of fermented flour. 💛

When my starter was growing it was showing some love!!!! 💚 thought it was pretty fitting since I always say making sourdough for people brings so much love and joy to me!!
