Creative Counseling

I am a psychotherapist in private practice. My office is located in Richardson. I am seeking a practice assistant, who will work closely with me. Basic requirements include being available, dependable, and flexible. This job will require approximately 15 hours a week, with an hourly wage. Payment is weekly and will be between 12-15 dollars an hour, depending on experience.
Wage and hours will be processed and a decision will be made after a 30 day trial period.
Job requirements include, but are not limited to:
Front office experience, including handling incoming calls/texts/emails and responding in an accurate and timely manner.
Also must be computer literate, including managing associated apps and programs, as well as managing outgoing information through business equipment (combination print/scan/email, laptop, iPad and WiFi routers.
Working to convert my paper-based practice records to an electronic, online format will be a critical part of this role.
Practice management service is already established, so I will train you regarding how to communicate with them. They manage billing, credentialing and contracts, and are familiar with this practice, so there will be a need for accuracy and timeliness.
