โIMPORTANT NOTICE* RIX BATTERY USERSโ
We are issuing an important safety notice regarding certain earlier-production RIX products. We have received multiple field reports of flat-top single-wrap (unprotected) lithium-ion batteries overheating, emitting smoke, catching fire and possible explosion under specific conditions. Although these incidents are rare, they present a serious safety risk. Out of an abundance of caution, we are issuing a voluntary battery recall.

If you own any of the following models:
๐ดStorm Series: S1, S2, S3, S6, S3R, S6R
๐ดPocket Series: K2 / K3
(For Pocket/Storm series, devices whose 5th and 6th characters from the end of the SN
(e.g., 5A11U-YTND1610, where โNDโ are the two characters) match the letters below are affected:

We will provide a FREE replacement battery. Please complete the form. Once submitted, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label to send back the affected battery. After we receive it, we will ship your replacement battery immediately.

๐จ Attention RENV-C Users! ๐จ
We want to clarify important information about the battery cap extension included with your RENV-C device. This extension is designed specifically for use with a 16650 battery.
Unfortunately, the imagery on the end of the cap mistakenly displays a CR123 battery, which is incorrect. Please DO NOT insert two CR123 batteries into your device, as doing so can cause serious damage to the unit.
We are actively addressing this issue, and updated imagery will soon reflect the proper usage. Thank you for your understanding and patience as we work to resolve this oversight.

Hello Everyone! With the recent update 1.3.35 we discovered a an issue with some people losing their menu GUI and unable to use any k***s or buttons.
We have taken all the feedback from anyone with these issues, that allowed us to come up with the newest firmware that has just been released, 1.3.36. This has resolved both the GUI menu loss problem, as well as the zeroing problem that was also mentioned by some people from the 1.3.35 update.
Please spread the word to any of your friends that are still on 1.3.35.
