✨ What an incredible two days of leadership, learning, and connection! ✨

Yesterday and today, North Star Learning Center was honored to host our annual Director Conference, welcoming more than 65 Early Childhood Directors and Administrators from across the area.

Over the course of two days, we learned from inspiring speakers, explored leadership strategies, discussed compliance and best practices, shared challenges and successes, and built meaningful connections with fellow leaders who are passionate about early childhood education.

We are grateful for every director who joined us, every presenter who shared their expertise, and every conversation that encouraged growth and collaboration. Investing in leaders today helps strengthen schools, support educators, and impact children for years to come.
