Alliance Architects’ Office Renovation is a 10,000-square-foot office finish-out with its main components consisting of a reception area, glass-front private offices, conference rooms, a finish library, coffee bars, and a work café for company events, lunches, and continuing education presentations. The goal of the design is to create a timeless, modern, and inviting environment for both employees and visitors. Part of the program involves integrating several design elements that allow a client to visualize what a potential design looks like before incorporating it into their project.

Alliance Architects is seeking an Interior Designer to join our growing firm!

Position Requirements:
• 2-5 years experience in a commercial design firm.
• Graduated from an accredited interior design program.
• NCIDQ and/or state licensure preferred or pursuing NCIDQ certification.
• Proficiency in Revit
• Additional proficiencies in Photoshop and Autocad
• Knowledge of Lumion preferred.
• Sound working knowledge of building codes, building systems, and construction methods/documents.
• Team-oriented approach to project delivery, experience coordinating the work of other team members and consultants.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

As an Interior Designer at Alliance Architects, you’ll be responsible for assisting in designing and managing projects from conception to completion by assisting in: space planning, design, field observation, material selection, specifications, construction techniques, building codes, and coordinating with consultants.
