🏠 Aspen Grove Apartments (update #4) 🏠

Located in Minocqua, Aspen Grove Apartments are still on track with strong progress across the site. The Ritchie Management Group continues to advance their 112 Unit Apartment Construction, with one building approaching final turnover and is now fully leased.

With three other building units coming into their finishing stages, fall and winter is projected for occupancy preparation. Providing in-person tours and showings this fall will help further increase pre-leasing momentum that is already in high demand.

OCEDC continues to work closely with RMG, supporting their efforts reinforcing the impact of OCEDC's housing strategy across Oneida County. It's exciting to see such great progress and much-needed housing relief to the Minocqua Area.
