Precision Powersports is a independent power sports repair facility located in Rhinelander Wisconsin. We service all makes of ATV's UTV's, motorcycles, and snowmobiles. From rebuilding shocks, complete 2 and 4 cycle engine builds to standard maintenance and repairs we do it all. We also offer EFI dyno tuning on motorcycles, ATV's and UTV's. We also offer Parts sales, Sunoco Race fuel and v***r blasting.

A win for the day. This customer did his own valve adjustment and afterwards ran on 2 cylinders. Brought it in after all and it had 5psi of compression in #1. Pulled it apart to find a valve keeper somehow fell out “ assuming he didn’t have the shim seated in the bucket. So without pulling the head we pressurized the cylinder to hold the valve up and made a spring compressor out of a drum brake spring tool to compress the spring and install the keeper.
He got extremely lucky this valve didn’t drop as he rode it to the shop.
Lynn’s HD Freewheeler came in for a thump stick. Time for some street tuning just in time to have it back for Memorial weekend.
