On Tuesday, at Milestone, we celebrated Tasty Tuesday with a simple but delicious treat—Chex Mix and soda! Residents enjoyed snacking, chatting, and relaxing together while enjoying the tasty combination.
A special shoutout to our lovely Tom, who made the day even brighter by going around with his own bowl of Chex Mix and kindly sharing with others—such a thoughtful gesture that truly added to the fun and community spirit.
Everyone had a wonderful time, and it was another great day of good food, great company, and even better smiles!

We had a fantastic turnout for Morning Chair Yoga today, with 11 residents joining us to stretch, move, and start their day on a positive note. The room was filled with smiles, laughter, and great energy as everyone participated and encouraged one another.
The spirits are flowing this morning, and it’s wonderful to see our residents embracing wellness, friendship, and fun. Here’s to a happy, healthy day ahead! 💙✨
