We will be doing apartment inspections for Avilla on April 4th! We will be posting notices in the next few days to let you know the exact times.

The apartment inspections will be used to check for any preventative maintenance that needs to be done in your apartments. If you have any concerns, this would be a good time to let us know. However, there is also the option on our website to submit maintenance requests or you can also give us a call at 208.359.5800.

Dear Avilla Residents,

Please note that our new phone number is 208.359.5800! Some people have brought to our attention that the number on google is incorrect. Unfortunately, we have been unable to change the phone number in google at this time.

Also, AMAZING NEWS!! We are pleased to announce that as of March 1st we will be providing WIFI for all of our tenants! That’s right, from now on all utilities and WIFI will be included in your rent ($745 for a two bedroom and $845 for a three bedroom). You will continue using your own modems, but we will be picking up the tab!

We are under new management and hope to do everything in our power to make your experience at Avilla more enjoyable. Please let us know if you need anything 😊

ALSO! We have a new text line! It is 208-550-3663! It is text only but please text it if it is out of office hours.

Just a friendly reminder to all our awesome pet parents out there to please keep doing a great job cleaning up after your pets so we can all enjoy all that open green space in Avilla.
