Team PHAT Tuesday | PMC Profiles Support Team PHAT Tuesday in the Pan-Mass Challenge – a bike-a-thon raising funds for cancer research at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.

Last Saturday, May 9, a number of our teammates attended the PMC‘s Pedal Partner party at Fenway Park. We got to meet and hang out for a while with our Pedal Partner, Finn, his brother, Harry, and his parents, Catie and Dan. 

Meet our 2026 PMC Pedal Partner: Finnigan!

We are excited to introduce you to this year’s inspiration, 9-year-old Finn! Finn lives with his parents, Catie & Dan and younger brother Harry. He's a regular 4th grade boy who loves to draw, make Legos, play video games, swim, and go camping. He has also developed a fondness for Star Wars and some classic 80’s movies. Finn also enjoys caring for his pet Axolotl. (Google that!)

Finn was diagnosed with T-ALL leukemia just before Christmas 2024, a life-changing diagnosis for the family. He was inpatient at Children’s Hospital Boston for 30 days for his initial treatment. Finn now receives treatment at the The Jimmy Fund Clinic at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. He loves going into clinic and doing crafts, being creative, and interacting with all the amazing staff.

While there have been ups and downs, Finn has been
incredibly strong throughout this journey, and his family is optimistic as they have already seen progress from the treatment. Finn's biggest disappointment was when he learned he would lose his hair due to treatment as he had worked hard for the mullet he had grown out!
