Honoring and remembering today. The crisis of Missing and Murdered Indigenous Peoples is not just a statistic, it’s a continuing tragedy that impacts real families and communities.
Today, we observe Missing and Murdered Indigenous Peoples (MMIP) Day—a time to honor and remember the lives lost, and to acknowledge the deep pain carried by families and communities forever impacted by violence against Indigenous peoples.
