South Renton Connection "Growing Leaders, Building a Neighborhood" - Our group is in place to service the 2000 neighbors & businesses that reside in South Downtown Renton. Our major event for the year is our annual picnic where we have 300 people in attendance. Throughout the year we do many other events, as well as providing a space for those who want to grow in their leadership opportunities. on our West and Main St. on the East.

We also want to give a big shout out to our awesome small businesses that donated to our picnic:
Lemonade and iced tea, thanks to The Rose Gift House and Coffee on Main St. A bit hit, we finished it all!
Cupcakes from Common Ground Coffee and Cupcakes on S 3rd St. I had them for both appetizer and dessert!
Sandwiches from The Whistle Stop Ale House on S 4th St. Yum, they got snapped up fast, watch your fingers!
Appetizers from Wild Ginger Teriyaki on Burnett Ave S. 10/10 would snarf again.
Garlic Wings from Pho Asia on S 3rd St. They flew right off the table. Get it? The wings flew off the --- ZAP! Welp, my dad joke control neck collar just triggered, better throttle down the ole pun unit.
And last but definitely not least, Red House sent us a tray of their scrumptious mac 'n cheese. Keep an eye out for it on their specials menu. And let me know if you see it!

Howdy Neighbors!
Your friendly local neighborhood association, South Renton Connection, will hold its regular monthly meeting this Wednesday, April 10th at 7 p.m. The meeting is held at the Renton Chamber of Commerce, and will run about 60 minutes.
