Founded in 2005 with a single team, Velocity FC has now grown to over 10 teams and has had a lot of success in building up a competitive, girls soccer program for the Renton area and surrounding communities.
Congratulations to the ladies of VFC '97 Green for winning the Skagit Firecracker tournament this past weekend. Well done ladies! GO VELOCITY!!!
Here are the current 2013 Fall Season Standings. A team or two still have a match to play but the standings will (most likely) will not be affected.
*GU18 - District 3 Div 1. VFC '95 GR. 4W, 1D, 5L. 4th/6 teams. 19 GF, 16 GA
*GU17 - District 3 Div 1. VFC '96 WH. 10 W, 1 L. 1st/6 teams (tie). 50 GF, 12 GA
*GU14 - District 3 Div 1. VFC '99 GR. 2W, 8L. 6th/8 teams (tie). 15 GF, 21 GA
*GU13 - PSPL Div 2. VFC '00 GR. 3W, 4D, 5L. 5th/8 teams. 10 GF, 17 GA
*GU13 - PSPL Copa. VFC '00 WH. 7W, 2D, 2L. 3rd/10 teams. 29 GF, 10 GA
*GU12 - District 3 Div 1. VFC '01 GR. 3W, 8L. 7th/9 teams. 9 GF, 26 GA

Congrats to all of our VFC players that played for their high school teams and to those that are also moving on during the state playoffs. Competitive season for the GU15-GU18 age groups is starting up next month ladies! So, be sure to take care of those injuries you may have incurred while playing high school ball and get ready to play even harder during league & cup play.
