Lead by example. 🔐🔐🔐 That’s why 75% of the Freedom Project team are Certified Peer Counselors.

We believe the strongest communities are built by people who are equipped to walk alongside others with compassion, lived experience, and hope. Investing in our team means investing in the people we serve.

We were proud to host a Certified Peer Counselor training at our office, welcoming community members who are committed to supporting healing and recovery across our region, while also having our team be trained.

This is just the beginning. We’ll be hosting another training in the future.

Interested in becoming a Certified Peer Counselor? Send us a DM, we’d love to keep you informed about the next opportunity.

Community Safety. 🔒 More than 100 gun lockboxes have been distributed. 🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡

Hundreds of conversations.
Countless connections.
A community showing up for one another. 🧡

Gun violence prevention isn’t just about responding after tragedy. It’s about creating safer homes, sharing resources, and building relationships before a crisis happens.

Proud of our Freedom Project team for showing up, serving, and advocating during Gun Violence Prevention Month, but also, everyday.

The work matters.
