We provide fine foods and an elevated experience for your special gatherings and events. It has since grown to a successful full service catering company servicing events ranging from 50 to 350 people weddings, corporate lunches, intimate private functions, baby showers, graduation, retirement parties, memorial services and holiday parties. The Red Tea Room is a local company based out of Renton.

Our hearts are full❤️ after serving at the 3rd Annual Seniors Luncheon at the Family First Community Center. Each year, this gathering reminds us why community matters so much. Our mission is simple — to honor the seniors who have given so much by preparing a warm, delicious lunch made with care, shared with both the guests at the center and their neighbors at GenCare down the road.
It’s a small way for us to say thank you, and it’s always a privilege to serve.
We’ve also loved watching how the FFCC team has continued to grow and strengthen senior programs around this event, creating meaningful connection and support throughout the Cascade/Fairwood community.
A special thank you to Doug Baldwin and the incredible staff — Jackie, Nate, Niesha, and Alejandra — for your dedication, heart, and commitment to bringing people together. We’re grateful to be part of a community that shows up for one another.

A beautifully curated board featuring artisan cheeses, premium cured meats and salamis, marinated olives, seasonal jam, nuts, fresh and dried fruits, golden honeycomb, and crisp crackers — the perfect beginning to a romantic night.

Braised Boneless Beef Short Ribs:
Rich and hearty boneless beef short ribs, slowly braised in red wine, tomato puree

Parmesan Crusted Salmon:

Dessert for Two:
French Strawberry Tart (Heart-Shaped)
A buttery heart-shaped tart layered with silky Bavarian cream and topped with
fresh strawberries, delicately finished with a glossy apricot glaze — a sweet ending to your Valentine’s celebration.
