Entering one of the most challenging eras for any Realtor, to be successful, Colin realized that he had to be creative in generating new sources of business. With his finance background and mortgage experience, Colin was selected to be a REO agent for American Home Mortgage, Chase, and other national banks to help market and list their foreclosed homes. At the end of 2011, Colin, anticipating a change in the market, decided to rebrand his team. Their focus has shifted to strategically incorporate web based marketing, social media, and technology to attract millennials, and global relocation clients who was beginning to become the driving force in the Seattle real estate market. The core philosophy of Colin's team is centered in the fundamentals of building great relationships and providing outstanding service to each and every individual that they serve.
