Real life pulled me away from tabletop gaming for a while, but I've been working on some changes to BSS that I believe will make it even easier to use, with some new additions to make simultaneous exchange-style conflict resolution much easier, faster, and more fun than the previous system!

I'm planning on releasing a second edition of Blood Sweat & Steel That includes all of the changes I'm working on to create a new series of tabletop board playing games that play more like a movie, and less likeba board game with circular turns and repetitive action economies that I don't believe encourage an action -centered vibe.

I have a bullet list style document that I'll be releasing shortly just to give people a peek at how to make simultaneous actions their preferred approach to conflict resolution.

I'm not claiming to have created anything groundbreaking that's going to change the industry. But I do think I have found a way to make running simultaneous action systems faster, clearer, and even more fun than initiative-based systems, for people who prefer a simultaneous approach.
