Meet our Pet of the Week, Whistler!❤️
Whistler is a 1-year-old guinea pig who came to Nevada Humane Society on May 8 after an owner surrender.
This handsome little guy is looking for a home where he can enjoy all the things he loves most: fresh grass hay, crunchy carrots, and plenty of time to explore outside his enclosure. Whistler has previously lived with both dogs and cats and has been described as a healthy, active guinea pig with lots of personality.
One thing we’ve learned about Whistler during his stay is that he’s a social fellow when it comes to other guinea pigs. While not every guinea pig friendship is a perfect match, Whistler has shown interest in making guinea pig friends and may enjoy a companion with the right introduction.
Whether he’s happily munching on hay or checking out his surroundings, Whistler brings plenty of charm in a small package.
