Our Culinary Director, Melanie, and Dining Room Supervisor, Erin, hosted a wonderful "Taste & Talk" this week! They prepared a delicious Shrimp Gazpacho for our residents to sample as a potential new menu item. After tasting, the residents gave it a unanimous YES, and it will be making its way onto the menu! A big thank you to Chef Melanie and Erin for introducing such a fantastic new dish.
It starts with a good book… but it’s the conversation, laughter, and something delicious on the table that really brings everyone together. At Clearwater, book club feels less like a meeting and more like a moment to connect. 📖🍽️
