This morning marked the opening of the first official soccer tournament, J Resort Soccer Series, conducted in partnership with Great Basin Youth Soccer League (GBYSL) at the in the heart of Downtown Reno!

The event featured youth soccer matches, family-friendly activities, and community festivities throughout the day.

The venue is located steps from J Resort in Reno’s Neon Line District. It is designed to create a walkable youth sports experience where visiting families can enjoy dining, entertainment, public art, concerts, and other downtown attractions. The initiative debuts with four new artificial grass fields designed for 7v7 and 9v9 play, with plans to expand to 12 fields over the next several years.
