Mark brings a wealth of knowledge, ingenuity and experience to the table on each of his projects. He also holds a NABCEP
certification, the industry’s highest accreditation and recognition of excellence and is also a qualified solar power installer for Truckee Donner Public Utility District. In the past few years, Mark has successfully designed and installed two of the largest solar systems in the state of Montana,worked with the U.S. Forest Service and been called upon for his solar educational expertise by University of Montana, USDA and US Army. Through Simple Power, Mark has completed dozens of PV installations utilizing utility grants and continues to be proficient in navigating that process. On his days off, Mark can usually be found climbing, flying or snowboarding around the Sierras. Mike Rocco -- Technical Sales / Project Manager

Mike is long time Truckee Lake Tahoe local that recently graduated from Solar Energy International in 2014. He has been instrumental on 30+ solar power residential and commercial projects. Under Mark’s expertise and direction he is well on his way too the NABCEP installer certification. Understanding and applying Solar designs in the harsh Sierra climate can be a big challenge and Mike’s experience in construction and real estate in and around the Tahoe Region helps the Simple Power Team tackle difficult Solar applications.
