Meet the man behind Apex Training (and his apex predator sidekick, Demi). He’s a Reno/Sparks local and thinks that this is a great community we get to call home. He’s definitely a social butterfly and loves to interact and connect with everybody in his life, especially his members. Not a day goes by when he isn’t cracking jokes, making insane faces, or showing off some pretty sweet dance moves. He always keeps you on your toes which adds a kind of freshness to class everyday. Jeff has been co-owner of a successful gym in Sparks, and is bringing that same magic to Reno.

His main goals are to get you functionally healthy and moving well, and that every day you leave the gym happier than when you showed up. He can’t wait to see you become apex.
