Single Leg Hip Thrust.

I’ve said it before- single side movement (unilateral) is where it’s at! We are uneven creatures and the only way that we can pinpoint our muscle compensations is with single side strength training.

Single side stuff is good for your brain too. You’re forced to settle into the fact that your reps are doubled and THAT SUCKS. But, it’s worth it. I promise.
