Good morning fine people! The practice focus this week is on:
LITTLE GOALS! Little goals is the way to Big things. Just a little practice everyday brings about big changes!
This week’s schedule at the Dojo:
***Monday at 6:30pm: special Ukemi class. The art of falling, attacking, and understanding the role of the uke in Aikido. Open to all levels.
***Monday at 6:30pm: the New Deshi program is beginning for this semester! Go deeper into your practice!
***Tuesday in all of the classes: it is THE SURVIVAL CHALLENGE DAY! We will focus on various self defense challenges using the principles of randori to stay safe! This class is open to all students, family members, and the public.
***Wednesday: it is EVOLUTION DAY in all of the classes. We will work on your material for your next level and free form Aikido.
***Thursday at 5pm in the Youth & Family class is our SUPER SUMMER KICK OFF with our world-famous WATER BATTLE! Wear clothing and footing that can get wet! Be like water my friend!
***Saturday in the SUPER HERO CLASS is our Fruit Buffet! Practice Aikido and eat healthy from our fruit buffet to get the summer off in a positive direction!

***Monday, today: it is CONFLICT TRANSFORMATION DAY in all of the classes! We will work on Aikido with the focus of positively transforming the attack into something positive. Enemies to Allies focus.

***Thursday: it is EVOLUTION DAY in all of the classes! We will work on your material for your next level, free form aikido, and demonstrations that challenge you!

***JUNE 5TH AND 6TH IS OUR INTERNAL SEMINAR TAG TEAM TAUGHT BY OUR BLACK BELTS! SCHEDULE IT IN!
