💕Friendly reminder: When we’re living in our thoughts, we become unconscious to the present moment and everything around us. Many of times we worry about the future in our thoughts and self-inflict unnessesary suffering and anxieties. The future does not exist in the Now. We can also relive past memories and events of the past. Again, at times creating unnecessary suffering and pain by evading the present moment without complete acceptance of the Now.

It’s up to us to embrace the eternal Now as deeply as possible and be aware of our thoughts in this very moment, rather then participating in those thoughts. By creating this separation, we are truly aware and present, and we become truly conscious.

Whether you’re meditating in the float tank, listening to a song, talking with a friend, or even driving.. Become fully engaged with what you are doing and just be.

☀️Don’t be afraid to confront your biggest fears and trust that everything you fear is a lesson and spiritual guide. To completely surrender and know everything is ok and will always be ok - no matter what happens in your life. Don’t be afraid of the sun.
