All of my cookies are made-from-scratch, baked, and hand decorated, in my Cottage Food Law Licensed home kitchen in Redondo Beach. The deposit will go towards total purchase of order. Refunds: Due to the tedious, hand crafted nature of my cookies, I am unable to provide refunds for orders. All cookies are the responsibility of the customer once they have been picked up. We are not responsible for
any damages occurring to the cookies during transport, set-up or any time thereafter. Your cookies will come in a box to carry/travel in. Cancellation: Canceled orders will receive a credit for the amount paid that will be good for six months. No refunds will be given for canceled orders. Orders canceled seven days or less before pickup will not receive a credit of refund of any kind. If I am unable to fulfill an order due to an emergency or error on my part, a full refund will be issued. Payment: A non-refundable 50% deposit is due at the time the order is placed. The rest of the total is due at time of pickup. Accepted payment forms are cash, PayPal or Venmo. Pickup: All orders are to be picked up at the mutually agreed upon pickup time and place. My schedule is busy, so please contact me in advance if you need to change your pickup time. Changes: If a party date changes due to illness/emergency/etc., I may be able to transfer your entire order to a future date without the loss of your deposit. 48-hour notice or more is ideal. Changes to an order are accepted until 4 days prior to scheduled pickup time. Guarantee Disclaimer : Every order is hand-made. You may provide me with a photograph for inspiration and duplication; however, I make no claims for exact duplication of the work done by other decorators.
