They, too, are also trying to navigate through their own potentially heightened feelings, in addition to adjusting to the uncertainty surrounding them as well as observing, and maybe even absorbing, the emotions

Even though those tough emotions
& those hard moments can feel really, REALLY big
THEY ARE TEMPORARY!
Here’s a space for you to put them and just let them be here. Just as they are. Feel what you are meant to feel!
They aren’t “wrong” and there’s nothing to be ashamed of!
We ALL feel!
We are supposed to!
And we can all HEAL!
When the time is right, this space will be painted over and transformed into what it is meant to be…
