Define your MAKE, Find your IT, Create the HAPPEN
Live a life from vision, not a life from circumstance. Do you have a plan for the next step? You are bombarded by “to do” lists – from family, work, even yourself - putting you on manic auto-pilot. But by pausing and creating some space to intentionally "create" rather than merely react, your quality of life increases by doing a whole lot less. Wit

Nothing better than sitting in the pasture on a sunny day with no expectation of her.

Limited space available! DM me if you’re interested. From one of the last retreat participants:

“I recently had a profound healing experience working with Renee and her horses.

Renee has an incredible capacity to hold space, not only for group dynamics, but also to ensure that every individual gets exactly what they need in the way that they need it.

If there are places in your life that feel stuck or you have limiting beliefs that are holding you back, Renee’s retreat is an opportunity to do really deep work in a safe and supported environment with beautiful healing animals.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. Renee is definitely a bright light and one that is incredibly valuable in these times.

Wishing you all the best on your personal journey! “

Exactly 12 days ago I landed in Denver barely ready to embark on the last leg of my Equine Gestalt Coaching Certification.

Along with weekly classes, a designated coach twice a month, a dashboard of videos, documents and knowledge base available to us to consume and learn over 2 years, 8 multi day sessions (5 in person, 3 virtual) to do our own healing and learn the methodology, an in person multi day session to learn the logistics and foundational pieces of having your own EGC practice, and a midterm... there is a handwritten final! 😧 😰

This weekend I found out I passed!!! ✨💖
Thank you to everyone who has supported me on this journey. I will share the whole process! ⬇️ to follow along. Hope to see you there!

Do you know what your signature stress response is?

The thing you default to when you encounter small to large amounts of stress.

I am definitely a flight risk. I avoid and run away in hopes that the person or situation will disappear.

After several months of practice, I realized how much this made an impact on my family and business. The first experience I had was with a parent at my preschool.

It was the first day of school and anxiety for this first time parent was high. Following her 3 year old around as he explored the classroom.

We had a brand new teacher on board, quiet in demeanor, great with children and a little more intimidated by the parents. That first day of school with all the parents in the classroom can be alot.

Also, our preschool is a little different, more Montessori like - calm environment, not a lot of stimulation, not a lot of hype from the adults.

So after the parents left, this particular parent came back after 30 minutes or so and took her child home.

In the past, I would avoid the situation and wait for her to reach out to me. This time, as soon as I found out, I reached out to her to chat about her concerns.

She ended up pulling her child from the program, but instead of it becoming a stressful and negative situation, she felt validated and I determined that it may not have been the best fit.

This parent wasn’t comfortable with the way this teacher was showing up. I would have defended my teacher and myself in the past, but I met the moment with kindness and compassion instead of fear and threat.

This is one of the many ways my practice and regulation of my nervous system has offered a different approach and outcome to a potentially stressful situation.
