As we continue to celebrate Women's History Month, we would like to share the story of a participant in Microsoft Leap’s Cybersecurity and AI Reskilling program in Kenya, Vestine.

Vestine commuted from the Kakuma Refugee Camp to the capital city, Nairobi, to learn how to enhance her capabilities as an instructor with the Solidarity Initiative for Refugees. With these new skills, Vestine will be able to enhance how she supports the training of 300 girls annually in coding, AI, and Digital Marketing.
