Job Description

We are looking for someone who can take full ownership of revenue generation, manage BD clients, handle projects efficiently, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

This role requires an individual who can:

✅ Generate company revenue and achieve business growth targets

✅ Identify and develop new business opportunities

✅ Manage and coordinate business development activities

✅ Handle project management and ensure timely ex*****on

✅ Lead and manage Business Development & Project teams

✅ Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships

✅ Prepare business proposals, reports, and presentations

✅ Collaborate with internal departments for smooth operations

✅ Take responsibility for achieving assigned KPIs and targets

Requirements

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field

✔Technical educational background preferred:

IT, Engineering, Cyber Security, or related technical fields

✔ Proven experience in business development, sales, or project management

✔ Strong leadership and team management skills

✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

✔ Results-driven mindset with the ability to exceed targets

✔ Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities

✔ Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
