This espresso is a refined tribute to the timeless Italian tradition.
Often misunderstood, Robusta reveals its true character when sourced with intention and care. Think indulgent depth, elegant nuttiness, and a layered, lingering complexity that elevates the cup. For generations, Italian espresso masters have embraced Robusta for its luxurious crema, full-bodied texture, and the distinctive richness it brings to a blend.
Distinct from Arabica, Robusta is its own coffee species, one that, at its finest, offers remarkable sophistication. For this limited release, we’ve selected a high-grade Monsooned AA Robusta, prized for its smoothness and depth. The result is a beautifully balanced espresso, delivering a velvety mouthfeel and a deep, resonant finish that defines Gran Miscela Carmo.
