How to stay steady when your emotions want to lead.

They show you your fear,
your courage,
your boundaries,
your compassion.

They teach you humility when you think you know everything.
Resilience when things don’t go as planned.
And trust - the kind that has to be earned slowly, honestly, and with consistency.

Horses don’t care who you pretend to be.
They care who you are.

And in learning how to meet them with clarity, fairness, and heart,
