Chef at the Market June 27th!

Josh Sorar is an Independent/freelance chef that just hit his 5 year mark with his business, “Semper Fi Chef”. A Marine Veteran from Rochester, NY and served 4 tours in Iraq, is now serving the community with amazing food! He’s known for his pizzas at the Redding Farmers Market, but that’s just a part of his reputation. He caters all events and specializes in Greek and Italian but never limited to just that. He brings high energy, great personality and a very recognizable laugh as well.

There will be a live cooking demonstration using fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced directly from our local vendors.

Watch as locally grown produce is transformed into a delicious recipe, pick up tips for preparing fresh foods at home, and discover new ways to enjoy what's in season.
