Last week the FaithWorks team rolled up their sleeves for a 3-year Strategic Planning Session. Staff and our Board celebrated what’s working, identified opportunities for growth, and dared to dream about what the future could look like.

Every sticky note, every idea, and every conversation was centered around one question:

"How can we serve our community even better?"

The future of FaithWorks isn't being built by one person—it's being shaped by a team committed to creating lasting change.
