We're also a complete health and fitness facility with a certified fitness staff; complete weight and cardiovascular equipment; and over 100 group fitness classes per week. Our certified personal trainers and group fitness instructors will help you see results and meet your goals whether in one on one or group sessions. We are a "family" club, with free childcare, children's recreation room, kids' fitness and planned activities throughout the year.
