There is a deep and quiet power in facing a storm with a smile. Her determination is powerful, and her spirit is a continuous source of inspiration. Strength doesn't always roar; sometimes, it's just the quiet confidence that keeps moving forward.

An 8-hour drive, four different weather apps on constant refresh every five minutes, a frantic last-minute run into Kohl's for clear umbrellas, and a whole lot of praying that everything I know would just come together.
That was the chaotic reality leading up to this day.
But the second I arrived at The Empress Estate in Woodland, Washington, the rain stopped. The clouds stayed just dark and moody enough to give us the most incredible, dramatic light and the umbrellas stayed in the car. It was pure, unadulterated magic.
When you have a couple with this kind of undeniable chemistry and the backdrop of The Empress Estate, the universe just tends to work itself out. I managed to narrow down 40-something of my absolute favorite storytelling moments from this incredible day.

They have never spoken a single word to each other, yet their conversation is the deepest I've ever heard. Boots and Marques doing a little graduation session together is the best thing ever!
