It’s amazing. I’ve been in a real estate business for 30 years. I Wholesale have a brokerage ,build, buy and hold and I was contacted this morning by somebody new in the business trying to sell me a property in New Britain that a reputable person presented to me. They thought their services were worth $30,000. The person selling this to me will most likely make $10,000. What’s the Real estate world coming to ? wholesalers are now selling retail without a license and you wonder why the public doesn’t trust real estate people
