Each day you have a choice to make. You can choose to execute your goals or execute excuses.
Excuses are easy and lead you no where, quickly. When you choose to execute your goals you are led to results. Having the determination to execute steps towards your goal may take you down a longer road, but I can guarantee that the self-confidence that you gain is worth it!

The AASP (Association for Applied Sport Psychology) created the 30-Day Mental Health Challenge: a series of daily tasks to bring mental health to the forefront of your mind and allow you to take a moment for restorative self-care.
BE Strong Performance is going to bring last month's challenge into June to keep the good vibes flowing and provide some mental exercises to strengthen your mind and improve your spirts!
