Nicole put out a request for help on the Nextdoor app and I commented on her post. She called me right away about a leak between her main water meter and the water pressure reducing valve.

After inspecting the line, I found a crack in the main connection point that had been overtightened during installation. The home was built by Burkentine Builders about four years ago! Nicole contacted them about the issue but they refused to address the problem.

She hired First Steps Home Services to replace the damaged section and install a new line so the repair was done properly.
