Nearly 2 years ago, I helped with my clients who are now friends purchase their first home. They love their home in South Jersey, but they also love their jobs in NYC where they have worked for many years and they were losing precious moments with each other and their children because of their commutes. They made the difficult choice to sell their home in South Jersey and move closer to NYC, but still in Jersey.

This purchase is more than just a new address—it’s the beginning of a new chapter built on hard work, sacrifice, and the vision of creating a better everyday life. By moving closer to their jobs in NYC, they’ve invested not only in a home, but in more time together, less time commuting, and greater opportunities for the future.

It’s an honor to have been a small part of such an exciting milestone for them and their family. Congratulations on turning another dream into reality!

Perseverance was the key to getting these keys 🔑 for an absolutely amazing family! We closed on site right after the walk through was done and we let out a huge “WOOHOO” that echoed through the empty spaces just as we were completing the signing. The empty spaces will not remain empty for long as this family waited nearly 3 seasons from contract to closing to furnish their new home with love! I pray each moment they spend here fades the wait into a distant memory. Cheers 🥂 to the family and the amazing team that helped them get there.

The month of May saw lots of miles on my new car but along with those miles were LOTS OF SMILES of buyers closing on their first homes, second investment property, and fifth investment property. No matter how many times I handle closings, it feels like the first time because I am happy to be a part to their lives even for just a moment to watch dreams become reality.

And when I am able to do these closings with some of the most amazing real estate colleagues who trust me to handle these important endeavors, what could be better?
