I see you. I used to be the same way.

Back on my weight loss journey (yes, I had my own about 15 years ago), I would proudly log my food during the week, then skip the weekend because I didn’t want to write downđŸ·đŸ•đŸŸđŸș🍩

I actually didn’t think it was that bad.

Until I started paying attention, and no wonder I couldn’t lose 15-20 lbs.

My “80/20” life was more like 60/40. Then 50/50.

I had to swallow a hard truth: I wasn’t being honest with myself.

Fast-forward 15 years, and guess what?

I don’t log my food anymore.

I don’t overdo it on the weekends.

And I certainly don’t worry about what I’m eating because I KNOW how to eat in a way that supports my goals.

And if you see my Instagram story, you’ll see I pretty much eat the same things I did 15 years ago— but I have SO much more control.

You can have this lifestyle, too.

You might think the last 5 or 10 pounds don’t matter. But let’s be real

I ❀ working with moms because they have an extraordinary ability to handle SO much, and now it’s time for Mom Time ❀

Today I’m celebrating Sophie, a mom to a beautiful baby girl and a woman I have seen transform so much over the last six years.

In 2019, Sophie did my 12-week 1:1 coaching program and lost 22 lbs.

In 2025, she had her daughter and decided it was time to get her body back. She joined me in The Lifestyle Accelerator (TLA), my group-coaching program that helps women lose 10+ lbs in 10 weeks with Food Freedom🎉

In TLA, we call this our “Sexy Self.”

Throughout our program, Sophie was DRIVEN by that future vision of herself.

She also joined TLA because her life was totally different from when she worked with me before, and now she needed to prioritize herself again.

Weight loss was also on her mind, but ultimately she wanted to build consistency & show up for herself daily. Workouts, good food choices, & of course her hot mama walks 💃

But I’ll tell you why she ALMOST didn’t join:

✹She thought she could do it on her own. She had gotten lots of momentum from the 7-day Walking Challenge & figured she just continue by herself

✹She used the Yucca app to tell her what was healthy or not healthy on ingredient labels

✹She thought she knew exactly what to do— just keep walking more and eat better.

But here’s what she realized:

✹Her body had changed in the last five years & she needed a refresher in nutrition education

✹ She hadn’t created the discipline & desire to work out and walk consistently in a short 7-day challenge

✹She has a VERY active social life (she had 2 vacations, 2 weddings, and lots of family outings during TLA) and needed to reset her thinking about food when she’s out!

✹ By becoming a mom, she had lowered her standards for herself. We needed to fix this ASAP!

In TLA, she lost another 10 lbs, totaling 32 lbs she’s lost using my Food Freedom method.

Sophie didn’t meal prep. She ate w/ Food Freedom.

She enjoyed ice cream, tequila, and Trader Joe’s treats on the reg & still lost weight & toned her entire body.
