I see you. I used to be the same way.
Back on my weight loss journey (yes, I had my own about 15 years ago), I would proudly log my food during the week, then skip the weekend because I didnât want to write downđ·đđđșđŠ
I actually didnât think it was that bad.
Until I started paying attention, and no wonder I couldnât lose 15-20 lbs.
My â80/20â life was more like 60/40. Then 50/50.
I had to swallow a hard truth: I wasnât being honest with myself.
Fast-forward 15 years, and guess what?
I donât log my food anymore.
I donât overdo it on the weekends.
And I certainly donât worry about what Iâm eating because I KNOW how to eat in a way that supports my goals.
And if you see my Instagram story, youâll see I pretty much eat the same things I did 15 years agoâ but I have SO much more control.

I â€ïž working with moms because they have an extraordinary ability to handle SO much, and now itâs time for Mom Time â€ïž
Today Iâm celebrating Sophie, a mom to a beautiful baby girl and a woman I have seen transform so much over the last six years.
In 2019, Sophie did my 12-week 1:1 coaching program and lost 22 lbs.
In 2025, she had her daughter and decided it was time to get her body back. She joined me in The Lifestyle Accelerator (TLA), my group-coaching program that helps women lose 10+ lbs in 10 weeks with Food Freedomđ
In TLA, we call this our âSexy Self.â
Throughout our program, Sophie was DRIVEN by that future vision of herself.
She also joined TLA because her life was totally different from when she worked with me before, and now she needed to prioritize herself again.
Weight loss was also on her mind, but ultimately she wanted to build consistency & show up for herself daily. Workouts, good food choices, & of course her hot mama walks đ
But Iâll tell you why she ALMOST didnât join:
âšShe thought she could do it on her own. She had gotten lots of momentum from the 7-day Walking Challenge & figured she just continue by herself
âšShe used the Yucca app to tell her what was healthy or not healthy on ingredient labels
âšShe thought she knew exactly what to doâ just keep walking more and eat better.
But hereâs what she realized:
âšHer body had changed in the last five years & she needed a refresher in nutrition education
âš She hadnât created the discipline & desire to work out and walk consistently in a short 7-day challenge
âšShe has a VERY active social life (she had 2 vacations, 2 weddings, and lots of family outings during TLA) and needed to reset her thinking about food when sheâs out!
âš By becoming a mom, she had lowered her standards for herself. We needed to fix this ASAP!
In TLA, she lost another 10 lbs, totaling 32 lbs sheâs lost using my Food Freedom method.
Sophie didnât meal prep. She ate w/ Food Freedom.
She enjoyed ice cream, tequila, and Trader Joeâs treats on the reg & still lost weight & toned her entire body.
