Scientific research has shown that effective communication is crucial for success in life, whether it's in personal relationships, the workplace, or within a community. According to a study by Towers Watson, organizations with effective communication practices are 50% more likely to have lower voluntary turnover rates and higher levels of employee engagement and financial performance. By practicing conversations and learning communication and feedback tools, we can become better communicators not just in the workplace but also collaborate more effectively within our communities.

Our faculty has worked with companies around the world, across all levels of leadership, to help build high performing teams, manage performance, and help people have better conversations overall. We believe our communities deserve the same space to reflect, explore, and connect!

Great films start great conversations. And those conversations can happen right in the theater. Project My Voice is a new venture that helps filmmakers go beyond the traditional Q&A and get audiences talking to each other. Using a unique blend of facilitated dialogue and theater exercises, all of which take place from the comfort of your seat, our audiences engage big questions together and discover practical tools for answering those questions.

We are currently developing our pilot in collaboration with Joshua Seftel, Director of the Academy-Award nominated film "Stranger At the Gate" -- a film which raises critical questions about how we define "community" and where we go to find it.
