Are you ready to take Flight (again)?
We’re bringing back the Alpha Flight program for round two — where this time we’re tackling the on Thursday August 27th.
TRAINING BEGINS THE WEEK OF JULY 5.
The Monmouth Mile is a community based event with participants being seeded in heats respective to their seed times (example 8:00/mi).
In addition, at the end of the night, professional runners and Olympics take to the track to try and break 4:00 in the mile!
We truly believe that what sets our training at Alpha apart is that it can help prepare you for anything. We’ll pair that with the following to ensure you’re ready to toe the line come race day…

Ready to mix it up? Introducing our Alpha Physical Fitness Test – an opportunity for you to truly measure your fitness. While we love our Alpha Games format, it’s time to go at it alone and see where you stack up.
Featuring a 5x5 minute format consisting of…
•5 Minute Ski Erg [Calories]
•5 Minute Row Erg [Calories]
•2.5 Minute Wall Balls + 2.5 Minute Burpees [Reps]
•5 Minute Air Bike [Calories]
•5 Minute Skillmill [Distance]
You’ll take a mandatory two minute rest period between each segment and eventually tally up your score. As always, this will be you versus you. We’ll come back to end the year and re-test with the goal of measuring your progress.
We’re pairing this moment with our 5th year anniversary party & our Stronger Together Get Together - celebration of not just the moment, but the work you’ve put in over the first six months of the year and the community you’re building. Plus… we just like to have fun. Food, drinks, music, the works.
