We are senior center located in downtown Reading, PA for seniors 50 or older who enjoy exercise, games, arts & crafts, fun, socialization, and meeting new friends.

Berks Encore Office and Centers will be CLOSED TODAY (Friday, April 18, 2025) for Good Friday. There will be No Meals on Wheels delivered. Clients should use non-perishable food items provided. Happy Easter!

🚗 **Calling All Reading Meals on Wheels Volunteers!** 🚗
We have open routes that need coverage in April! If you can lend a hand, please check the board at the Reading Center and sign up for an open date. Your time and dedication make a HUGE difference for local seniors who rely on these meals.

Stop by Berks Encore Reading Center (40 N. 9th Street, Reading) on Thursday, March 27 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. for the Community Farm Stand brought to you by The Food Trust. This farm stand will feature fresh produce from local vendors.
Stay for a nutrition lesson and earn $2 in Food Bucks to spend at the stand! All community members are welcome.
