Elks Club/Trexler Mansion restoration update. Masonry work including brick repointing/repairs and massive brownstone restoration finishing up on the north wall and moving around to the more visible street sides. It has certainly taken long enough, but some of the scaffolding is starting to come down showing the extensive restoration work done on the Trexler Mansion/Elks Club. The custom slate arrives from Spain next month so the slate work can finally begin. Craftsmen have been working all winter recreating the wood trim pieces now being installed and painted. Looking forward to completion later this year.
