In his second submission to the Local Underground RDG project, Tom White provides disc 2 of “Sleeping Dog." This mix stays true to the styles of the first mix, but pushes a little further into the aggressive sounds to which Tom is typically drawn. It is once again deliberate styling by Tom, to create a mix with all of the melodic and powerful elements he’s always loved from Trance, but at a slower pace as to not run off those that treat trance as a dirty word.

Dog House begins with the groovy Recall by HotLap and drifts in the dance classic melody with the “I Feel Love” rework. In the next stretch, tracks by AN21 & Ali Bangor, Michael Canitrot and Mariz & 19:26 take us right back into the vibes from disc 1. Moving us to the halfway point of this mix are a new twist on Deep Dish - Say Hello and an updated version of “Tell Me Why” by Supermode.

From there to closing, each track has an uptick in energy and aggression with tracks from Cubicore, Fehrplay and a Lauren Mia remix to close things out. The melodic sounds still permeate each track, but with driving techno layers throughout.
