I am a Zumba Fitness instructor with specialty training in: Zumba Gold, Aqua Zumba, Zumba Toning and Zumba Gold-Toning. Zumba is a dance fitness class to Latin and worldwide rhythms. Zumba Gold is the same as a Zumba Fitness class with low impact and simpler moves. Aqua Zumba takes the aquatic principles and meshes them with the Zumba format.
